Strengthening of water test training – Bharti

Bharti of the Bamera village of Babina Development Block of the Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh is a housewife of an ordinary family. There was a serious lack of water in Bundelkhand, especially in summer, the situation would become even more difficult.

Bharti says that before there were daily fights to obtain water in his town. When the mission of water life entered into force, people adopted it with great enthusiasm.

Bharti performed special tests on the use of a field test kit for water quality tests and began working regularly for water. He is also making women skilled by going to other villages teaching women’s technological techniques.

Now the drinking water reaches all the houses in the village of Bamera, and has been fought from the disputes over the water.

A total of 356 families live in the Imilia de Babina Development Block village from the Jhansi district. After the implementation of the water life mission, the water began to reach each house from the tap. But with this, the problem of flooding in the town also became serious.

The result of these efforts was that Panchayat made 13 soaking wells in the town, which could make a permanent solution to the problem of flooding. Now the roads and public places through the town of Imilia are completely free of anegos.

But Ramkumari began to do his job with full hard work. New path of baby spirits

The town of Bajna, located in the Bundelkhand area of ​​the Jhansi district, is about 21 km west of the district headquarters. This town is full of natural beauty. But here people used to be worried about the water gap. The village population is established in different villages and mazars extended within a radius of five kilometers. It has been a compulsion of people to decide a long trip for water every day.

29 -Year -ald Baby, a resident of this town, has been the victim of the disability of the feet from birth. When the water life mission began in the town, the baby also joined this campaign and promised to overcome the water problem.

In 2019, he promised that he will not marry until the water reaches all the houses of the entire town. It became part of the water investigation committee and went to all the village towns with full enthusiasm and went to each house to make sure that no family was deprived of safe drinking water anywhere.

The baby, together with the Unop team, explained to the people from home to stop water waste and monitor water quality through water tests. When obtaining bacteria in the water, immediately aware of the villagers, solutions were also suggested.

Baby says: “Due to the lack of water, the girls in our village were deprived of education. I want every daughter of the village educe and fulfill their dreams.”

Solve deliver pure water to each house – Sheela Parihar

The women of the Sijwaha village of Babina Block of the Jhansi district had been fighting with the shortage of water for years. The mission of water life was a new hope for him in 2019.

Sheela Parihar assumed the responsibility for the leadership of this campaign in the village. Sheela decided that now all the streets of the town, clean, safe and quality water will arrive at each house. He learned the technology of water tests with the help of one and began to verify the water regularly every six months.

Not only does it examine water purity, but also explain to people why clean water is necessary and how water transmitted diseases can be avoided.

Although it was a bit difficult to convince people at the beginning, Sheela’s hard work was worth it. Many women from the town joined them and seeing him, he became a strong team. Now Sheela and her companies are working not only for water quality, but also in water conservation.

He, together with the Panchayat, completed the work how to repair the ponds, rigorous so that the water sources are lasting and there is no water problem in the village in the future.

Sheila says: “Quality water is not just a necessity, but everyone is right. When women present themselves, change becomes possible.”
