The general secretary announced to publish a soon report, which would include a voluntary financing mechanism based on innovation to build AI capacities in developing countries.

He urged BRICS countries to actively support this initiative.

‘I need peace more than ever’

The general secretary, who attracted attention to the growing struggles worldwide, reiterated the unwavering commitment of the United Nations, towards the efforts to establish peace in several fields.

In the context of the situation of the Middle East, he strongly demanded “immediate and permanent fire” in Gaza, unconditional liberation of bandits, uninterrupted supply of human assistance and forced possession of capture and completion of violence and final violence.

• Increased debt distribution capacity of multilateral development banks three times, especially in concessional financing and local currencies.

The Secretary General said: “These reforms are very important to close the digital trench and make an engine of inclusive development and sustainable progress.”
